One day of 1999, at the time of the famous eclipse of the moon, I
decided to work out my own technique. I worked in the personal
development since the beginning of the Eighties. I knew sufficiently
the mechanisms of mental to develop a technique to follow and see how
to improve if needed. I started to gather my ideas and my knowledge on
this subject "be dependent".

One of the aspects of my ideas was that we don't have to make efforts
to fight against the tobacco, because in case of failure, that is
turned over against you. You know well that if you retain yourselves
sufficiently a long time not to smoke, when you slacken your effort,
you are then submerged by your desire for smoking and you smoke several
cigarettes... Thus that has no interest. Finally in little time, I made
a mental process, practical and simple to use, which allowed me to
reduce then to completely cease smoking in less than 15 days. But what
was interesting, is that I could smoke in occasion a cigarette without
having the fear of returning to tobacco.

Thus, in the 2 years which followed, I smoked again 4 or 5 cigarettes,
maximum, I do not remember exactly, but good... I wanted to see how was
going to be: that hadn't any interest for me... the taste was not
pleasant, it was even horrible.
Currently, it is impossible; I cannot smoke more because my lungs don't
accept the cigarette any more. I am in the same state like before
starting to smoke. You remember? The first cigarette... it wasn't
pleasant for the lungs... you coughed... and to smoke like the others,
it was necessary that you learn how to smoke!!!

Today, I can show you the technique to forget smoking. Thus, you will
control your desire without any effort, in the same way like before
when you start to smoke the first time. I am sure that you made efforts
to smoke the first time: recall!

In 2001, in a voyage to Madagascar, I met a man who smoked too much. He
did not have enough money but he smoked like a fireman. In a
discussion, I explained my method to him. A few days later, we played
charts and sudden I realized that I had not seen him smoking a
cigarette since the beginning of our part. I asked him on this subject
and he answered me that he had simply followed my recommendations . I
was very astonished because that made only 3 or 4 days that I had
entrusted my secrecy to him... how does he made to stop and I had not
explained everything to him. He says to me it would be well if I wrote
